Robots never die

I’m just a flower in a garden

Garden full of plants

It’s not what I was made for

I thought but then I tried

To have just what it takes

And be a flower in a garden

Garden full of plants

Never did I manage

It was all a disadvantage

A robot cannot have

A flower in a garden

Garden full of plants

You know right from the start

The soil is full of ants

The sun is always strong

The water way too cold

A flower needs a pot

A shelter from the wind

A kind and loving hand

A voice that understands

No sound, still speaking soft

Eyes that see, though closed

Heart that knows quite all

Without a word that’s ever told

You need to comprehend

No need for something grand

Just don’t confuse a flower

A flower with a plant
